Our Commitment

At Bill's Car Place, we stand behind the quality of our brake repair services. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns about the services we provide.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our brake services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer to:

  • Re-inspect your vehicle and address any service-related issues
  • Perform necessary adjustments or corrections at no additional charge
  • Discuss alternative solutions that meet your needs

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Services were not performed as described in the work order
  • Parts installed were significantly different from those authorized
  • Work was completed with errors that cannot be corrected

Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and review all service documentation before issuing any refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Diagnostic services and inspections
  • Parts that have been installed and used
  • Services performed according to industry standards and your authorization
  • Issues arising from normal wear and tear after service completion
  • Problems caused by vehicle misuse or lack of proper maintenance after service

Warranty Coverage

Our services include warranty coverage on parts and labor. If a warrantied component fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Warranty terms vary by service and will be detailed on your service invoice.

Warranty coverage does not constitute a refund but rather a commitment to correct any defects in parts or workmanship.

Refund Process

To request a refund or discuss service concerns:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of service completion
  2. Provide your service invoice and describe your concerns in detail
  3. Allow us to inspect your vehicle if requested
  4. Work with our team to find an appropriate resolution

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits for special-order parts may not be refundable if the parts cannot be returned to the supplier.
