Bill's Car Place provides professional brake repair and maintenance services including but not limited to brake pad replacement, rotor resurfacing, brake fluid service, caliper replacement, and brake system diagnostics. All services are performed by certified technicians using quality parts and equipment.

Service Appointments

While we accept walk-in customers, appointments are recommended to ensure timely service. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or parts availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes as soon as possible.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on initial inspection. Final pricing may vary based on actual parts needed and labor required. We will obtain your approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Warranty

We provide warranty coverage on parts and labor for our brake services. Warranty terms vary depending on the specific service and parts used. Detailed warranty information will be provided with your service invoice. Warranty coverage may be voided by improper use, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and any existing issues. You must inform us of any modifications to your vehicle that may affect brake system performance. Customers should follow recommended maintenance schedules and report any brake issues promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost wages, or vehicle downtime. Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot be held liable for issues beyond our control or pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial inspection.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Florida state law.
